Ingredients for Aloo ke Gutke
4-5 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
How to cook Aloo ke Gutke
Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water for 5-7 minutes until partially cooked.
Drain the water and let the potatoes cool for a few minutes.
In a pan, heat oil and add cumin and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and stir well to coat them with the spice mix.
